Hero MotoCorp has launched the Destini 110 Classique Edition at Rs 76,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is a styling-led special edition built on the VX variant, so it costs Rs 1,400 more than the VX and changes nothing under the skin. If you like the look and plan to buy a Destini anyway, it is a small premium for new colours and trim. If you only care about running costs or performance, the standard VX makes more sense. This guide is based on published launch reports, as of 3 November 2026.

What is new in the Classique Edition

Autocar India reported the launch on 30 October 2026 and says the scooter is already listed on Hero’s website. The edition is pitched at the festive season. The changes are cosmetic:

  • Exclusive colours: Matt Goldfish Silver and Light Industrial Grey with brown inner panels, and Matt Aries Brown with black inner panels.
  • Colour-matched rear-view mirrors.
  • A new 3D “Classique Edition” emblem.
  • Stripes on the side panels. Rushlane also lists stripes on the front handle cover, coloured seat and inner panels, and branded rim tape.

Reports differ slightly on the exact colour count. Autocar India and ZigWheels describe three colours, while Rushlane groups the silver and grey into one combination, giving two. Check the colours at your dealer before you book.

Price and variants

VariantEx-showroom price (Delhi)Front brake
Destini 110 VXAbout Rs 75,000 (Rushlane)Drum
Destini 110 Classique EditionRs 76,400Drum
Destini 110 ZXRs 83,800Disc

The VX price is implied by the Rs 1,400 gap that Autocar India and ZigWheels mention, and Rushlane lists it directly. Ex-showroom prices exclude registration, insurance and local taxes, so the on-road price depends on your state and city. Ask the dealer for a written on-road quote.

Engine, brakes and features

Nothing mechanical has changed. The scooter uses the same air-cooled 110.9cc single-cylinder engine with an automatic CVT. Power is quoted at 8.2 hp (Autocar India and ZigWheels) or 8.15 PS (Rushlane) at 7,250 rpm, which is the same figure rounded differently. Torque is 8.7 Nm at 5,750 rpm. Hero’s i3S idle stop-start system is retained.

Rushlane lists the following for the Destini 110 range, which the Classique inherits from the VX:

  • Seat height of 785 mm, which Hero calls the longest in its segment.
  • 12-inch wheels at both ends with a 100/80-12 rear tyre.
  • 19-litre under-seat storage and a front storage area with mobile charging.
  • LED projector headlamp, LED tail lamp, position lamp and a digital-analogue console.
  • Drum brakes at both ends with combined braking. The front disc is only on the ZX.
  • Telescopic front forks and a single rear shock absorber.

The launch reports do not give kerb weight, fuel tank size or an official mileage figure for this edition, so check those on Hero’s spec sheet or with the dealer.

Where it sits in the Hero range

The Destini 110 first launched in 2025 and, per Autocar India, is Hero’s third 110cc scooter after the Xoom 110 and Pleasure+ XTEC. ZigWheels’ page lists the Honda Activa 6G at Rs 76,358 as a rival, which puts the Classique Edition in the same price band. Treat that figure as indicative, because it comes from a listing on a news page and dealer prices vary.

How to choose: VX, Classique or ZX

  • Choose the VX if you want the lowest price. You get the same engine, storage and features.
  • Choose the Classique Edition if the dual-tone colours and emblem appeal to you. Rs 1,400 is under 2 per cent extra on the ex-showroom price.
  • Choose the ZX if you want a front disc brake. It costs Rs 7,400 to Rs 8,800 more than the other two, depending on which you compare. Hero’s website lists it in only one blue shade, per Autocar India.

What to do now

  • Ask the dealer for the on-road price of the Classique, VX and ZX side by side, including insurance and any accessory packages.
  • Check that the edition is in stock in your colour. Special editions can have limited allotments.
  • Take a test ride of the 12-inch-wheel scooter with your usual load, and see if the 785 mm seat suits your height.
  • Festive offers can change the real cost, so read our festive shopping tips on cashback and rewards before paying.
  • Once you take delivery, a privacy-safe QR sticker such as EaseTag lets people contact you about a wrongly parked vehicle without showing your phone number.

FAQ

What is the price of the Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition?

It is Rs 76,400 ex-showroom, Delhi, as of 3 November 2026. On-road prices differ by state because of registration, road tax and insurance.

Is the Classique Edition mechanically different from the VX?

No. The reports describe it as a cosmetic update with the same 110.9cc engine, the same drum brakes and the same 12-inch wheels.

Does it have a disc brake?

No. The Classique has a front drum brake with combined braking. The front disc is limited to the ZX variant.

Bottom line

The Destini 110 Classique Edition is a modest festive refresh: new colours, mirrors, stripes and an emblem for Rs 1,400 over the VX. It is worth it only if you prefer the styling. Buyers who want more safety hardware should look at the ZX, and everyone should compare on-road quotes, not ex-showroom figures. Details are as of 3 November 2026 and may change.
